Coaches Comments: This was an opportunity for our players to set the stage for the weekend and for the remainder of the season.  Our players worked hard and contributed from all parts of the field.  Our midfielders worked tirelessly and defenders were well-organized in protecting our goal.   Megan McCabe opened the scoring for SC with a great goal from a corner kick.  The game was tied by Young Harris before half time.  Second half was dominated by SC, which resulted in a lofty beautifully placed free kick by Margaret Mayer after Gloria Soyad was fouled around the 25 yard area.  There was a spectacular volley goal by Gloria Soyad from a high cross from Adrianna Guerrero after beating 3 players in the corner.

Coaches Comments: The game was a testament for the incredible courage displayed by our players.  The players had to endure freezing rain, snow, and blustery wind gusts. Jessica Austin was instrumental in causing havoc for the Laramie defense with her speed and goal scoring abilities.  The unsung hero of the game was goal keeper Jessica Tuggle who played with an injured back and was called on to make several critical saves. I felt that one incredible save that Tuggle made was a turning point in the game.  Her courage and conviction inspired the players to step up the level of play and swung the momentum to our side for the rest of the game.
